Q: Does my VIP Upgrade include tickets?
A: No! VIP Upgrade packages do not include tickets. You will need to purchase a ticket separately to access both the VIP experience and the show.
Q: Does my VIP package give me backstage access?
A: Unfortunately, the VIP packages do not include any form of access backstage.
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Bag policies vary from show to show. Please check your event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
Q: Is parking included?
A: VIP packages do not include parking. For more information about parking at the venue, please check the venue website.
Q: When will I receive information about check-in?
A: More information about the VIP package including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser 3 - 5 days before the event.

Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: Camera policies vary from show to show. Please check your event venue’s website for more information on venue bag policy.
Personal cameras will not be permitted backstage or during the meet & greet experience. There will be a professional photographer there to take your picture with the band.

Q: When will I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise will be distributed at VIP check-in on the day of the show!
Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
A: Unfortunately, there is no storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.
Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Ticket purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery ahead of the show. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.
Q: Do the VIP packages offer accessible seating?
A: Yes, accessible seating is available for VIP packages! Please contact us at 3DGVIP@superfan.live for more information.
Q: I already purchased a ticket, but I want to go to the meet & greet. Can I purchase an upgrade?
A: Yes! Meet & Greet upgrades are now available.
Q: Does the “Step Into Light” Meet & Greet Upgrade package include a ticket?
A: No, the upgrade package does NOT include a ticket to the show. A ticket must be purchased separately, and will be required to enter the venue and participate in the experience.
Q: Can I sell my VIP package?
A: No, unfortunately VIP packages cannot be resold. VIP packages that have been resold will not be valid.
Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?
A: Yes, there is an EIGHT (8) ticket limit for VIP tickets.
Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?
A: Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.

Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted a few days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up their package inclusions. All package programs & times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. All events, dates, venue, party, merchandise, and amenities are subject to change and cancellation at any time at our sole discretion. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages for change of mind. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
