Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Ticket purchasers will be notified on ticket delivery ahead of the show. Ticket delivery methods vary from venue to venue.
Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?
A: Packages are open to all ages; however, exact age limitations vary per venue. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Q: Does my VIP package give me backstage access?
A: There will be no backstage access with any of our VIP packages.
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Bag policies vary from show to show. Please check your event venue’s website for more information on their bag policy.
Q: Is parking included?
A: VIP packages do not include parking. For more information about parking at the venue, please check the venue website.
Q: When will I receive information about check-in?
A: More information about the VIP package including the check-in location and schedule will be emailed to the purchaser 3 - 5 days before the event.
Q: Can I bring my own camera?
A: This show will be a phone-free experience. Use of cellphones, cameras, or recording devices will not be permitted in the performance space.
Q: When will I receive my merchandise?
A: It varies by country. If VIP merchandise is to be distributed the day of the show, you will pick up your package at the designated VIP check-in location (or other designated location). In this case, merchandise must be collected onsite the day of the show only. If VIP merchandise is to be sent via mail, you will be contacted via email in order to select your merchandise in advance.
Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
A: There is no storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.
Q: Can I sell my VIP package?
A: No, unfortunately VIP packages cannot be resold. VIP packages that have been resold will not be valid.
Q: How do I transfer my package to a friend?
A: All VIP Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Q: I bought this package as a gift. How do I put the VIP Package in someone else's name?
A: All VIP Packages are in the original purchaser's name. The person who arrives at VIP Check-In must have a copy of the original purchaser's ID in order to receive all their package benefits.
Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?
A: Yes, there is a SIX (6) ticket limit for VIP tickets.
Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?
A: Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
Q: Do the VIP packages offer accessible seating?
A: Yes, accessible seating is available for VIP packages. Please reach out to your local venue to request more information on accessible seating options.

Q: What does the Member of the Clergy pass include?
A: By purchasing a Member of the Clergy pass, you will have access to one standing General Admission ticket with numbered early entry for as many Ghost shows as you want to attend in the US/Canada in 2026. The Member of the Clergy pass may not be used for festivals or promotional shows, as well as any other Ghost appearance not included in the tour dates announced on September 29th, 2025. You will also receive a personalized Member of the Clergy commemorative laminate, as well as on-site benefits including priority check-in, dedicated road crew, and a VIP lane into the venue where available.
Q: Can I use my Member of the Clergy pass to attend any Ghost concert?
A: No. The Member of the Clergy pass is valid only for Ghost North American 2026 Tour dates announced on September 29th, 2025. The Member of the Clergy pass may not be used for festivals or promotional shows, as well as any other Ghost appearance not included in the North American Tour 2026 dates announced on September 29th, 2026.
Q: How will I receive my “Member of the Clergy” personalized laminate?
A: Your “Member of the Clergy” personalized metal laminate will be available for pickup at the first show you attend on the tour. “Member of the Clergy” passes purchased within 60 days of the first show date will not receive a personalized laminate. Instead, a generic laminate will be provided.
Q: I have lost my laminate, what should I do?
A: Your personalized laminate can only be issued to you once and cannot be replaced. You can still collect your tickets using a valid photo ID.
Q: Can my personalized laminate or tickets be shipped to me?
A: No, your laminate will be given to you at the first show you attend. Laminates must be collected in person, by the named ticket holder at the first show attended. Tickets must be collected prior to each show reserved.
Q: Is there a purchase limit?
A: Yes, “Member of the Clergy” passes are capped at TWO (2) per transaction. If you purchase two “Member of the Clergy” passes, you will receive two laminates. One laminate will be in the name of the purchaser, and one will be in the name of whomever you choose to assign it to at the time of purchase. Once assigned, the name and photo cannot be changed.
Q: How do I reserve my spot at shows and get my tickets?
A: As the tour approaches, we will contact you via email to see what events you would like to attend. You will have up to ten (10) days before a show to reserve your spot. Once reservations are made, your tickets will be available to collect at the check in location, specified in the pre-show mailer, sent 3-5 days before the show. Guests without reservations will be denied entry at the door.
Q: When will I receive more information about the shows I have reserved tickets for?
A: Once you have reserved your tickets for a show, an email will be sent to you to confirm your attendance and detail times, locations and venue specific information like bag policies and security information. This can be expected 3-5 days prior to each show you select to attend. If you have not received the pre-show mailer and your show is less than 3 days away, please contact vip@superfan.live

Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time, and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by SUPER to the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us here. Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check-in location (or other designated location). All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in. If you need to add an alternate pick-up name, please contact us here within 10 days of purchase. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible to other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by SUPER, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, resales, or transfers will be permitted. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan to Fan Resale. Partial attendance at a single-day event or multiple-day event is not eligible for a refund. The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue, and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to single-day tickets or additional packages, at their sole discretion.
