The following package terms and conditions are applied in addition to the event promoter ticket terms and conditions, the venue terms and conditions, and the venue admission policies. Resale or transfer of your Event Ticket(s) or ticket(s) for the Package Experience is not permitted without express written permission from Super. All requests for name transfers must be submitted via email to iowvip@sueprfan.live. Superfan Live is unable to fully or partially refund packages, or reorganize the experiences therein if you are unable to attend.Packages may not be used for promotion, competition, or commercial gain without the express permission of Super.Packages are open to purchasing by all those of legal age in the UK. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted 5 days prior to the actual festival date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up
their package inclusions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of
purchase.All events, dates, venue, party, merchandise, and amenities are subject to change. Any refunds
related to COVID-19 will be at the sole discretion of the promoter and subject to the COVID-19
policy of the Event Promoter, Venue and Isle of Wight Festival. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages for your change of mind.The talent, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not
responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of
purchase which may result in undelivered product.Super, TIXR and Isle of Wight reserve the right to use customer information to communicate with and to the package purchasers with details about their schedule, itinerary, tickets, and experiences. This information will only be shared as needed, and subject to GDPR standards.All yacht and hotel reservations sold with a 3-Day VIP Pass and/or 3-Day Festival Pass are non-refundable. Super will make its best efforts to accommodate name changes in accordance to the hotel or yacht policies, but cannot guarantee them. Please contact iowvip@superfan.live.In the unlikely event Superfan Live is unable to supply the original accommodation as stated at the time of the booking, they may offer alternative hotel or boat accommodation at the same standard or above at no cost to the original purchaser. In the unlikely event Super is unable to supply an alternative hotel or boat at a same or higher standard than originally booked, then a partial refund will be offered reflecting the difference in value of the accommodation.You are responsible for ensuring that you adhere to instructions provided by Super in respect to your Hotel and Yacht Policies, including check-in, arrival, and checkout times. Super cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by clients because of their late arrival or failure to adhere to procedure provided in accordance with Hotel or Yacht check-in/arrival instructions if applicable.If you are a non-UK resident, you and the other members of your party may be required to provide Passport or approved identification at the Hotel or Yacht check-in.Hotel accommodations ONLY are sold with daily breakfast and this is clearly stated on the Hotel Booking Information and confirmation. All additional items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be settled directly with the Hotel or Yacht.Super advises all Hotel and Yacht travel package customers to carry adequate travel insurance. In respect of event cancellation or major event disruption (not including war, terrorism, or acts of god) Super will offer a refund, partial refund, or adequate compensation for the event ticket, packaged items, and accommodations. Some elements of the package may be compensated
differently to other elements (i.e the Hotel or Yacht portion of your package may be treated differently than the Ticket and Experience portion). Compensation cannot be offered for other expenses incurred by the purchaser.Super can accept no responsibility or offer refunds or compensation in respect to the purchaser’s and/or their party's rejection from the Hotel, Yacht, Venue, or other package activities if their behavior was deemed as dangerous to themselves or other guests, or socially or otherwise unacceptable.In the event of a change of show date or show cancellation, the ticket and experience portion of the package is fully exchangeable to the new date or fully refundable. The hotel or yacht portion of the booking is fully dependent on the contractual obligations between Super and the Hotel or Yacht operator. In certain instances, Hotels or Yachts will be partially refundable, or non-refundable. In no instance will Super keep any portion of the package holders’ finances if a refund, in partial or full, is authorized and issued by the Hotel or Yacht partner.Super is responsible for the execution of the Hotel and Yacht Travel Experience packages and operates independently to the Isle of Wight Music Festival.
