Q: Is festival access included in the package?
A: Yes, you will have VIP access to the festival for all four days of the event, from the 15th to the 18th of June.
Q: How do I get to the festival site from my hotel or yacht?
A: For hotel packages, we offer complimentary transportation to and from the festival site at two set times a day via shuttle. For yacht packages, a complementary water taxi is available at your convenience for transport between your yacht and the festival.
Q: What is the difference between the Shared VIP and Premium Blackstar VIP area?
A: The Shared VIP includes access to the Crazy Diamond Bar Garden, a private tented lounge area with limited seating and, new for 2023, a fizz and cocktail bar complete with a wood-fired pizza oven. You'll also find private VIP restrooms and a garden area right next to the main stage, with direct access to the festival arena including a wide range of food concessions available for purchase. Please note that food and drinks are not included in the Shared VIP.
The Premium Blackstar VIP package allows access to all Standard VIP amenities and also grants entry to the Blackstar VIP platform with the best view of the main stage and all-inclusive food and drinks.
Q: Can I book additional nights on the yacht?
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to extend stays on the yacht. However, we can accommodate an early check-out for you.
Q: I would like access to the Premium Blackstar VIP viewing area. Can I upgrade my 3-Day Festival Pass into a 3-Day VIP Pass?
A: Yes, it is possible to upgrade your VIP access area for the Isle of Wight Festival. Please contact our concierge team via email at iowvip@superfan.live.
Q: What type of activities will be available on the yacht?
A: Our yacht package offers a variety of activities for you to enjoy during your stay. We will provide a suggested itinerary closer to the event, and we will also be in touch with you to understand your preferences. However, please note that the suggested itinerary may be subject to change due to weather and water conditions. Your activities may include sailing around the picturesque Isle of Wight, a boat party featuring fantastic music, and lunch stops at one of the Island's stunning beach restaurants. Our goal is to provide you with an unforgettable experience tailored to your preferences.
Q: Can alcohol be served on the yacht?
A: Alcohol may be brought aboard and consumed on the yacht.
Q: What type of beds are in the cabins on the yacht?
A: Every cabin is equipped with a double bed. The main cabin converts into another double bed if necessary.
Q: Is the yacht accessible to those with disabilities?

Q: If I want to return to the yacht at any time during the festival, how can I do this?
A: Water taxis will be available to transport you back to the yacht whenever you need to return during the festival.
Q: How do I arrange for transportation between the airport/train and the yacht?
A: Yachts are situated in the harbor near Portsmouth and can be accessed by train. Our team will be in contact with you closer to the date of the festival with additional information.
Q: Are food and drinks included in my package?
A: No, you will need to purchase food and drinks that you will consume on the yacht.

A: Yes, The George Hotel is fully accessible for all guests. The building has a side entrance that provides easy access for guests who are unable to use the front stairs. This entrance enables access to both the hotel and restaurant areas. The hotel prides itself on ensuring that all their guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay, regardless of their mobility requirements.
Q: If I want to return to the hotel at any time during the festival, how can I do this?
A: You will have the option to return to the hotel at any time during the festival. We are pleased to provide shuttle services twice a day to and from the hotel at your convenience. If you would like to get back at any other time, transportation will be available for an additional charge.
Q: How do I arrange for transportation between the mainland and The George Hotel?
A: Start your festival right with the private luxury boat transfer from Lymington to Yarmouth and return including a welcome champagne toast. Alternatively you can get to The George Hotel via boat and taxi or use a car ferry. There are several ferries from the mainland to the Isle of Wight. Q: Are there any exclusive events or parties included in the hotel package?
A: There are no parties or events included in the hotel package other than access to the legendary Isle of Wight Festival, including all acts and Premium VIP access.

The following package terms and conditions are applied in addition to the event promoter ticket terms and conditions, the venue terms and conditions, and the venue admission policies. Resale or transfer of your Event Ticket(s) or ticket(s) for the Package Experience is not permitted without express written permission from Super. All requests for name transfers must be submitted via email to iowvip@sueprfan.live. Superfan Live is unable to fully or partially refund packages, or reorganize the experiences therein if you are unable to attend.Packages may not be used for promotion, competition, or commercial gain without the express permission of Super.Packages are open to purchasing by all those of legal age in the UK. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted 5 days prior to the actual festival date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to pick up
their package inclusions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of
purchase.All events, dates, venue, party, merchandise, and amenities are subject to change. Any refunds
related to COVID-19 will be at the sole discretion of the promoter and subject to the COVID-19
