A: We do not have any storage for guest merchandise. You will need to keep merchandise on your person, or leave it at your seat at your own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.


Q: Can I buy a ticket to only one of the shows?

A: Yes! As of January 16th, 2023 all Enhanced Experience packages with the exception of the “Nothing Else Matters” Snake Pit package are being sold exclusively as a single show ticket package.

Q: Can I still buy a two-show experience package?

A: The only Enhanced Experience package sold as a two-show experience from January 16th, 2023 onwards is the “Nothing Else Matters” Snake Pit package, which includes access to both shows during the selected weekend.

Q: If I previously bought a ticket for a two-show experience, can I go to the first one and give my ticket to a friend for the other one?

A: No. Enhanced Experience tickets are non-transferable. We will require you to present identification on the day-of-show in order to access your package benefits.

Q: How do I get my tickets?

A: Tickets to the show will all be mobile unless otherwise specified.

Q: Do the Metallica Enhanced Experiences offer accessible seating?

A: Accessible seating varies from venue to venue. If you would like to inquire about accessible seating as part of an Enhanced Experience program, please reach out to us at the time of purchase.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the Metallica Enhanced Experiences?

A: All minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult for the Enhanced Experiences. Most concerts are open to all ages, but the age policy varies with each venue. Please refer to the ticketing company or venue website for age restrictions for each concert.

Q: Can I sell my Enhanced Experience tickets?

A: No, unfortunately Enhanced Experience tickets cannot be resold. Tickets that have been resold will not be valid.

Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?

A: Yes, but there are different limits for each market. For all presales, purchase limits are FOUR (4) tickets. For general onsales, purchases are limited to FOUR (4) tickets in the USA and Canada, and SIX (6) tickets for shows in Europe, the UK, and Mexico.

Q: How do I transfer my package to a friend?

A: All Enhanced Experiences are non-transferable and non refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please contact customer support.

Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?

Q: What is the “Black Box” pre-show lounge?

A: The “Black Box” pre-show lounge is the site of the official pre-show party, exclusive to select Enhanced Experience customers only. Access to the lounge includes THREE (3) complimentary drinks as well as appetizers and bar snacks. You will be sent more information about the location of the pre-show lounge prior to the event!

Q: Can I bring merchandise to the meet & greet to be autographed?

A: Unfortunately the band is unable to autograph items.

Q: Does my Enhanced Experience give me access to everything backstage?

A: There will be no backstage access outside of the “Nothing Else Matters” meet and greet and production tour. All backstage access will be led by a Metallica crew member.

Q: What is the Snake Pit?

A: The Snake Pit is an exclusive standing section built inside the middle of the stage, providing a 360-viewing experience of the show.

Q: Is parking included?

A: None of the Enhanced Experience packages include parking.

Q: When will I receive information about check-in?

A: More information about your Enhanced Experience will be emailed to you 5-7 days before the event, including the check-in location and schedule.

Q: Can I bring my own camera?

A: Yes, standard point-and-shoot cameras and camera phones are acceptable during the concert. However, professional cameras with detachable lenses will not be permitted.

Personal cameras will not be permitted backstage or during the production tour. There will be a tour photographer that will take a group photo, and we will email you a digital copy shortly after the concert.

Q: What does the “I Disappear” Ticket include?

A: By purchasing an “I Disappear” Ticket, you will have General Admission access to any and every show of your choosing for the dates and territories granted by your selected package. Please note that Snake Pit access is only available through Enhanced Experience packages. You will need to request your shows ahead of time via our reservation system. You will also have early entry access after Enhanced Experience customers - this will allow you to enter the venue ahead of the standard General Admission entry.

Q: How do I reserve my spot at shows?

A: You will be prompted at checkout to select your desired shows from the list of tour dates applicable to your selected package. You will have the option to alter your reservation at a later date, so don’t worry if you don’t have them all chosen now. As the tour approaches, we will contact you via our reservation system to see if your plans have changed. You will have up to 10 days before a show to reserve your spot. Guests without reservations will be denied entry at the door.

Q: How will I receive my “I Disappear” Ticket laminate?

A: Your “I Disappear” Ticket metal laminate will be available for pickup at the first show you attend on the tour.

Q: Can someone else use my “I Disappear” Ticket?

A: No, the “I Disappear” Ticket is strictly non-transferable and if resold will be revoked. You will be asked to present valid identification at entry to verify that your legal name matches the name engraved on your metal laminate.

Q: Can I use my “I Disappear” Ticket to attend a festival, for example Download Festival at Donington Park?

A: No. The “I Disappear” Ticket is valid only for tour dates announced for the Metallica tour announced on November 28th, 2022. The “I Disappear” Ticket may not be used for festivals, promotional shows, or benefit concerts, as well as any other Metallica appearance not included in the M72 World Tour announced on November 28th, 2022.

Q: Is there a purchase limit?

A: Yes, “I Disappear” Tickets have been capped at TWO (2) tickets per purchaser. If you purchase two “I Disappear” Tickets, you will receive two laminates. One laminate will be in the name of the purchaser, and one will be in the name of whomever you choose to assign it to at the time of purchase.

Q: I want to give the “I Disappear” Ticket as a gift to a friend or family member.

Q: What’s included in the “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience?

A: This exclusive viewing platform offers an incredible view from the stadium floor, and is private for just you and up to 7 additional guests (8 person max). The platform includes a cooler full of complimentary beverages, an exclusive merchandise item for every group member, and pre-ordered merchandise delivery for any items you would like to purchase. Guests will also have access to the official “Black Box” pre-show lounge.

Q: What is the private viewing platform?

A: This is a raised platform at the base of a production tower encircling the stage on the stadium floor. Less than 75 feet from the stage, this is the best viewing opportunity of the concert provided in the entire stadium. The viewing platform also provides easy access to the GA standing area.

Q: How many people can come on the platform?

A: The platform can host up to EIGHT (8) guests.

Q: Are tickets to the show included in this experience?

A: Yes! This package includes tickets with access to the viewing platform and the general admission floor. Please note that Snake Pit access is not included.

Q: Can different people attend on the first and second night of the weekend shows?

A: Yes! The group host must remain the same, but the additional group guests can differ between the two weekend shows.
