TICKETING

Q: How do I get my tickets?

A: All tickets for the show will be delivered digitally via mobile, unless otherwise noted by your ticketing provider.

Q: Is there a minimum age requirement for the Metallica Enhanced Experiences?

A: Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Some venues are open to all ages, but specific policies vary. Please check your venue’s website for age restrictions.

Please note: If a minor holds an Enhanced Experience package and their accompanying adult does not hold a package at the same tier, the adult will not be permitted access to the programme benefits. For example, an adult with a standard GA ticket may not accompany a minor through backstage tours or the Black Box Lounge.

Q: Can I sell my Enhanced Experience tickets?

A: No. Enhanced Experience packages are strictly non-resellable. Any packages that are resold will be invalidated without refund.

Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?

A: Yes. “Nothing Else Matters” and “Moth Into Flame” packages are limited to two (2) per customer during presale and general onsale. All other Enhanced Experiences are limited to four (4) per customer during presale and six (6) per customer during general onsale, excluding Hungary, where a limit of four (4) per customer applies for presale and general onsale.

Q: How do I transfer my package to a friend?

A: All Enhanced Experience packages are non-transferable and non-refundable. Entry requires the original purchaser’s identification.

Q: I am buying this package as a gift. How do I put this package in someone else's name?

A: All Enhanced Experience Packages are in the original purchaser’s name. The person who arrives at Check-In must have a copy of the original purchaser’s ID in order to receive all their package benefits.

Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?

A: No. All Enhanced Experience purchases are non-refundable. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase for full details.

Q: I bought more than one package - can different people attend on the first and second night of the two-day shows?

A: The original purchaser must attend both nights of the two-day package. If you’ve purchased multiple packages, your guests may be different each night - but the primary purchaser must be present at both shows to redeem the package benefits.

Please note: additional merchandise will not be provided for purchasers returning with different guests. All included items (such as drinkware or posters) are issued once per package.

Q: When will I receive my merchandise?

A: All merchandise included with your Enhanced Experience will be distributed at Check-In on the day of the show.

Q: Can I have my merchandise shipped to me?

A: No. Merchandise must be collected onsite at Check-In. Items will not be shipped under any circumstances.

Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?

A: We do not offer secure storage for merchandise. You may keep items with you or leave them at your seat at your own discretion. Please note that SUPER and venue staff are not liable for any misplaced items.

ACCESSIBILITY

Q: Do the Metallica Enhanced Experiences offer accessible seating?

A: Accessible seating varies by venue. If you require accessible access as part of your Enhanced Experience, please reach out to your local venue to request more information on accessible seating options.

GENERAL

Q: Is there any COVID protocol?

A: Health and safety policies vary by venue and may change closer to the event. Please refer to your venue’s official website for up-to-date information. Select experiences (such as the backstage meet & greet in “Nothing Else Matters”) may require additional health screening onsite. Should this be the case, event-specific instructions will be sent 3-5 days before the show.

Q: Is there a bag policy?

A: Yes. Bag policies vary by venue. Please check your venue’s website for more information about their bag policies.

Q: What is the “Black Box” pre-show lounge?

A: The “Black Box” is the official pre-show lounge for select Enhanced Experience guests. Lounge access includes three (3) complimentary beverages, as well as canapés and bar snacks. Final lounge details (including location) will be included in your pre-show information email.

Q: Can I bring merchandise to the meet & greet to be autographed?

A: No. The band is unable to sign personal items during the meet & greet.

Q: Does my Enhanced Experience include backstage access?

A: Only “Nothing Else Matters” includes guided backstage access, led by a Metallica crew member. No other packages include backstage access.

Q: What is the Snake Pit?

A: The Snake Pit is an exclusive standing section in the middle of the stage, offering a unique 360° view of the show.

Q: Is parking included?

A: No. Parking is not included with any Enhanced Experience package.

Q: When will I receive information about Check-In?

A: A detailed email with Check-In times, location, and event-specific instructions will be sent 3-5 days before the show.

Q: Can I bring my own camera?

A: Yes, you may use standard point-and-shoot cameras or mobile phones. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted. Cameras are not allowed at the backstage meet & greet; a tour photographer will take your photo and a digital copy will be sent to you following the event.

"I DISAPPEAR" TICKETS

Thank you for your interest in Metallica’s "I Disappear" Tickets! Please note that policies differ between the “I Disappear” Tickets, "Lux Æterna" Private Platform Experiences, and the Enhanced Experiences.

GENERAL

Q: What does the “I Disappear” Ticket include?

A: The “I Disappear” Ticket grants general admission floor access with early entry to as many M72 EU/UK 2026 Tour shows as you choose to attend. It also includes one (1) personalised commemorative metal laminate.* Please note: early entry for “I Disappear” Ticket holders occurs after “Frantic” Early Entry package holders and before general admission entry. Snake Pit access is not included and must be purchased via a separate Enhanced Experience package.

*Personalisation available only for purchases made at least 75 days before the first show of the tour. Otherwise, a generic tour laminate will be provided.

Q: Can I use my “I Disappear” Ticket to attend any Metallica concert?

A: No. This ticket is only valid for Metallica shows announced as part of the EU/UK leg of the M72 Tour on 22 May 2025. It is not valid for festivals, promotional appearances, benefit concerts, or any Metallica dates not included in the official tour announcement.

Q: Will “I Disappear” ticket holders have the first chance to access early entry to the concert?

A: No. “I Disappear” ticketholders receive early entry access, but only after “Frantic” Enhanced Experience customers. Both groups will enter before general admission ticketholders.

Q: When will I be able to personalise my laminate?

A: If your purchase is made more than 75 days ahead of the tour’s first show, you will receive an email prompting you to submit your personalisations. Late purchases will receive a non-personalised laminate. Once submitted, your personalised information cannot be changed.

Q: How will I receive my “I Disappear” personalised laminate?

A: Your laminate will be available for pick-up at Check-In on the day of the first show you attend. Tickets will be distributed on-site at each event after you RSVP and will not be posted or shipped in advance.

Q: I’ve lost my laminate. Can it be replaced?

A: Unfortunately, personalised laminates cannot be reissued. If lost, you may still check in using a valid photo ID.

Q: Can my personalised laminate or tickets be shipped to me?

A: No. Your laminate must be collected in person at Check-In. Laminates will only be released to the named ticket holder. Tickets must be collected prior to each show you RSVP for.

Q: Is there a purchase limit?

A: Yes. You may purchase up to two (2) “I Disappear” Tickets. One laminate will be issued in the purchaser’s name, and one may be assigned to another guest at the time of purchase. Assigned names cannot be changed later.

Q: How do I reserve tickets for each show I want to attend?

A: Closer to the tour, you will receive instructions by email to RSVP for your chosen dates. You must reserve your place at least 10 days before each show. Once reservations are made, your tickets will be available to collect at the Check-In location specified in the pre-show mailer sent 3-5 days before the show. If you do not reserve by this deadline, you will not be admitted.

Q: When will I receive more information about the shows I have reserved tickets for?

A: Once you’ve reserved a show, you will receive a confirmation email 3–5 days before the event with full details on Check-In, entry, venue policies, and timing. If you have not received the pre-show mailer and your show is less than 3 days away, please fill in our Customer Service Inquiry Form.

Q: Can I bring my own camera?

A: Yes. Standard point-and-shoot cameras and mobile phones are permitted. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not allowed.

"LUX ÆTERNA" PLATFORM

Thank you for your interest in Metallica’s "Lux Æterna" Private Platform Experiences! Please note that policies differ between the “I Disappear” Tickets, "Lux Æterna" Private Platform Experiences, and the Enhanced Experiences.

GENERAL

Q: What’s included in the “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience?

A: This package includes access to a private, raised viewing platform on the stadium floor for you and up to seven (7) guests (eight (8) person max), offering some of the best sightlines in the venue. The package also includes general admission floor access for all guests, access to the “Black Box” pre-show lounge with three (3) complimentary drinks, canapés, and bar snacks, complimentary beverages* served from a YETI cooler (please note: cooler is for serving drinks only and cannot be taken home), one (1) limited edition Metallica x YETI drinkware item per guest, and seating provided for all guests on the platform during the show. *Beverage selection varies by venue in accordance with local licensing regulations.

Q: What is the private viewing platform?

A: This is a raised platform at the base of a production tower encircling the stage on the stadium floor. Less than 75 feet from the stage, this is the best viewing opportunity of the concert provided in the entire stadium. The viewing platform also provides easy access to the GA standing area.

Q: How many people can come on the platform?

A: The platform can host up to eight (8) people.

Q: Is there seating on the viewing platform?

A: Yes. Seating will be provided for all eight (8) guests.

Q: How long will we have access to the platform for?

A: Your group may access the platform from the time doors open until the end of the show. Please note: for a short portion of the performance (approximately 3–5 minutes), you will be asked to temporarily vacate the platform due to production elements. During this time you will be able to enjoy the show from the general admission standing area. Venue security will notify you when you need to vacate the platform and will let you know when it is safe to return.

Q: What is the “Black Box” pre-show lounge?

A: The “Black Box” is the official pre-show lounge for select Enhanced Experience guests. Lounge access includes three (3) complimentary beverages, as well as canapés and bar snacks. Final lounge details (including location) will be included in your pre-show information email.

Q: What drinks will be in the beverage cooler?

A: The cooler will be pre-stocked with a selection of beverages prior to your arrival, with a total of two (2) drinks per person - sixteen (16) in total. Beverage offerings vary by market and are subject to local licensing laws. Please note that all drinks must be poured into cups, as glass bottles and cans are not permitted on the platform for safety reasons.

Q: Is parking included?

No. Parking is not included with this package.
