Chase Atlantic is sharing an exclusive first listen of their new album Lost in Heaven before it drops!

On October 22nd in Orlando, FL, and October 29th in Brooklyn, NY, you can join a small group of fans for an intimate, private listening party, hosted by Chase Atlantic.

Choose between two packages! One grants you access to the listening party, plus you’ll go home with two signed pieces of merchandise. The other gets you listening party access, the two signed pieces of merch, plus a meet & greet with Chase Atlantic and a photo with the guys. Everyone who attends will receive an event-exclusive Chase Atlantic pin and lenticular sticker, and a digital download code for Lost in Heaven on November 1st when the album drops.

Q: Where is the Listening Party in Orlando/Brooklyn taking place?
A: To keep the event as private and exclusive as possible, the secret location details will be shared closer to the event date. You will receive an email from [email protected] with the venue address and additional information 3-5 days before the event. Keep an eye on your inbox!
Q: Is there a bag policy?
A: Bag policies vary by venue. Bag policies will be sent to your email address on file 3-5 days before the event.
Q: Is parking included?
A: Listening Party packages do not include parking.
Q: When will I receive information about check-in?
A: Final event details, including ticket delivery, package pick-up information, and the venue address, will be emailed to you 3-5 days before the event. If you haven’t received this email by then, please check your spam or promotional folders. If you still can't find it, contact us at [email protected].
Q: When will I receive my merchandise?
A: All merchandise will be distributed at check-in on the day of the event. The two signed items are exclusive to the Listening Party and will not overlap with the official tour merchandise or VIP packages.
Q: Will Chase Atlantic sign autographs during the meet & greet?
A: No, the signed merchandise items are pre-signed by Chase Atlantic. The band will not be signing autographs during the meet & greet.
Q: When do I get my digital download code?
A: Your digital download code(s) for the new album will be sent to your email address on November 1st, when the album drops.
Q: Where can I keep my merchandise during the show?
A: There is no storage for guest merchandise. Guests will need to keep merchandise on their person, or leave it at their seat at their own discretion. We are not liable for any misplaced product.
Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: You will be notified about ticket delivery and event details 3-5 days before the Listening Party.
Q: Do the VIP packages offer accessible seating?
A: For ADA accommodations, please contact [email protected] and we will do our best to assist you.
Q: Is there a minimum age requirement?
A: The Listening Party is open to all ages, but it is recommended that minors under 18 attend with an adult guardian.
Q: Can I sell my Listening Party package?
A: No, Listening Party packages cannot be resold and will be void if resold.
Q: Is there a ticket purchase limit?
A: Yes, there is a limit of four (4) Listening Party tickets per transaction.
Q: Can I refund my package if I change my mind about going to the show?
A: Unfortunately, all packages are non-refundable. Please refer to the Purchase Policy for complete details.
Q: Does my Listening Party package include access to the Chase Atlantic tour?
A: No, the Listening Party events are separate from the tour and VIP program. Listening Party tickets do not grant access to tour shows, and tour tickets (including VIP) do not grant access to the Listening Party.

At the Seminole Hard Rock Tampa Event Center in Tampa, FL, guests must be 21+ to purchase a package or attend the event. In all other markets, VIP packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by [email protected] to the e-mail address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately [email protected]. Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location). All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show and will not be mailed if you do not check in. If you need to add an alternate pick up name, please contact [email protected] within 10 days of purchase. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, resales, or transfers will be permitted. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan to Fan Resale. Partial attendance at a single day event or multiple-day event is not eligible for a refund. The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to single day tickets or additional packages, at their sole discretion.
