Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted 5-7 days prior to the actual event date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions on where to access their package inclusions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email a few days prior to the event please contact AvettBrosVIP@superfan.live. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact customer service if they have not received the information. No refunds will be distributed for not receiving package information. The artist, event promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional packages not currently listed at their sole discretion at a later time. No refunds, exchanges or transfers of packages listed today or in perpetuity will be permitted. All merchandise must be collected onsite on show days and will not be mailed out if uncollected. All package programs & times may vary, and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Events, dates, venue location, party inclusions, merchandise, and amenities are subject to change and cancellation at any time at our sole discretion. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages for change of mind. The resale of these and any future packages at a higher or lower price than listed is strictly prohibited. The artist, event promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
